Why not use Febraury 29th every four years to enjoy a World Public Holiday? Currently there isn't a World Public Holiday on any nation's calendar. Wouldn’t it be great if, during leap years, we use the extra day to enjoy a global celebration of humankind?

The Human Race has achieved and progressed so much in a relatively short amount of time, although there is still a great deal to do to elimate global poverty, awareness for which this day could also be used.
In addition, many working people who are salaried paid may not get paid for this extra day that they work!

Why don't we push the governments around the world to use this extra day as a World Public Holiday!!
